What are you going to do?
As an AI Engineer at Refreshworks.ai, you will work on the design, development, and implementation of
advanced AI solutions. You will be responsible for customer projects from start to finish—from initial
experimentation to working MVP and scalable service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Model development: building predictive models and algorithms for a variety of challenges such as regression, classification, NLP, and computer vision.
- LLM integrations: applying generative AI, including prompt engineering, RAG solutions with vector databases, and integration of multiple LLM providers.
- APIs & services: building scalable AI services with frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI, and deploying them via Azure Functions or Docker.
- DevOps & CI/CD: automating deployments with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, primarily focused on Azure and GCP.
- Collaboration: working in multidisciplinary teams with consultants, developers, and clients.
What are you bringing?
We are looking for someone with a passion for AI and a drive to innovate. Your background and skills include:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar.
- Experience: at least 2 years of work experience in AI engineering or machine learning.
- Languages & libraries: Python, TypeScript, LangChain, NumPy, Pandas.
- Frameworks: experience with Flask or FastAPI, Azure Functions.
- LLM knowledge: hands-on experience with multiple LLM providers, prompt engineering, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
- Cloud-native working: experience with Docker-based deployments on Azure (primarily) and GCP.
- CI/CD: automated pipelines with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Ownership: you are comfortable independently delivering MVP+ projects and take responsibility for technical choices.
Not a must, but an advantage
- Experience with RAG optimization, fine-tuning, agent patterns
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ray, Bicep, or Prefect
- Front-end skills (React/Next.js) for demos
- Cost and latency optimization
- Experience with observability tooling and token streaming
- Multi-cloud or on-premise deployments, security-by-design
