Refreshworks ontwikkelt en levert een SaaS-platform waarmee organisaties inzicht krijgen in de AI-kennis, vaardigheden, adoptie van AI binnen hun organisatie en de mate van compliance met wet en regelgeving. Het platform ondersteunt onder andere e-learning, toetsing en rapportages.
In de meeste gevallen is de organisatie die gebruikmaakt van ons platform de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor de persoonsgegevens van haar medewerkers. Refreshworks treedt daarbij op als verwerker en verwerkt persoonsgegevens uitsluitend in opdracht van de klant.
2. Welke persoonsgegevens verwerken wij?
Afhankelijk van de inrichting van het platform kunnen onder andere de volgende persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt:

- Functie
- Afdeling of team
- Gebruikte AI-systemen en AI-toepassingen
- Ervarings- of expertiseniveau met AI
- Gebruik van software waarin AI-functionaliteit aanwezig is
- Gevolgde AI-trainingen
- Resultaten van toetsen en certificeringen
- Voortgang binnen e-learningmodules
- Loggegevens die nodig zijn voor beveiliging, beschikbaarheid en ondersteuning van
het platform
Wij verwerken geen bijzondere persoonsgegevens, tenzij dit uitdrukkelijk is overeengekomen en wettelijk is toegestaan.
3. Waarom verwerken wij deze gegevens?
De persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt om:
- medewerkers toegang te geven tot het platform;
- AI-trainingen en e-learning aan te bieden;
- voortgang en leerresultaten vast te leggen;
- inzicht te geven in de AI-kennis en vaardigheden van individuele medewerkers;
- organisaties inzicht te geven in het algemene AI-volwassenheidsniveau van teams en afdelingen;
- rapportages en dashboards beschikbaar te stellen;
- het platform te beveiligen, beheren en verbeteren;
